Do your rolls get stale when you play out of C? Let me heat 'em up and put some butter on top. We'll work on creating movement within the chords, learn some transition and filler licks, then put it into practice with Red River Valley!

Slowed the video to 50% and worked it a measure at a time. Two weeks in and it's coming. Patience is the lesson here as much as the notes.

Not just you. I still count this one out loud and I've been at it four years.

Don't force the pinky stretch. Move your thumb down behind the neck first and the stretch mostly takes care of itself.
