It's been a little while since I opened up the old bag and gave y'all mando players some licks! Let's learn 13 great licks in the key of D. Some of these are full of tricks and last up to four measures, and others can be constructed from your trusty, simple pentatonic scale!

Try measure 3 on its own at half tempo, and keep your right hand rolling even when the left hand is behind. The right hand is the metronome.
