Cattle in the Cane

banjo advanced

In this lesson

The A part is in A major and the B Part in A minor, but we ain't usin' no capo. It is challenging to play in other keys in open G tuning, but incredibly rewarding to do so!

Ben, this one finally made the timing click for me. Been fighting it for a month. Thank you.

There's a slower jam track under the resources tab on this lesson, worth grabbing.

Don't force the pinky stretch. Move your thumb down behind the neck first and the stretch mostly takes care of itself.

The pinky thing goes away, I promise. Took me about three months.
