We do this one in C, a good key to sing it in, and start with the basic melody. From there we'll add some strumming accompaniment, then crosspicking, and finally turn loose a bit up top!

Third time coming back to this lesson over two years. It's amazing what shows up when you're ready for it.

Take the capo off and play it in open G a few times, then put it back. Helped me hear it.

The pinky thing goes away, I promise. Took me about three months.

There's a slower jam track under the resources tab on this lesson, worth grabbing.

Recording yourself is humbling but it's the fastest fix I've found.

There's a slower track in the resources for this one. If you want it slower still, let me know and I'll cut one.
