Sharing Licks- Guitar

In this lesson

Taking common licks from other instruments and adapting them to guitar is one of the best ways to grow our picking! Even when we can't get them note for note, it makes our fingers go to places they don't normally go. Let's grab four banjo licks & one mandolin lick and work them out on guitar...see what all you come up with!

My fingers know it but my brain doesn't yet — I can't play it without the tab in front of me. How do you all commit these to memory?

Same here at first. What fixed it for me was practicing that measure by itself for a week, no B part at all.

There's a slower track in the resources for this one. If you want it slower still, let me know and I'll cut one.
